Each session is 60–75 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore deeply without rushing, while still keeping things focused and actionable.
How do we meet?
All sessions are held online via Zoom, making it easy to connect no matter where you are in the world.
I’ve never worked with a coach before — what if I don’t know what to say?
That’s completely okay. Many clients start out feeling unsure. My role is to create a safe space and guide the conversation so that clarity unfolds naturally.
What if I feel nervous or vulnerable during sessions?
That’s normal. Coaching is a confidential, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds. Coaching is future-focused — helping you find clarity, shift perspective, and create intentional action toward your goals.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Packages can be split into 2–3 monthly payments to make your investment easier and more accessible.
